An administrator must assign a specific GUID to this parameter. The GUID is a unique identifier that can be used across all VMware Horizon programs and services using the ThinApp package. VMware Workspace ONE Access uses the GUID to identify the package in the ThinApp repository and to check entitlement.
When AppID=genid, ThinApp runtime assigns a random GUID to the ThinApp package.
