After you replace the certificates on the vCenter Server instance in the ROBO, reconnect vRealize Orchestrator to vCenter Server.

Procedure

  1. Reconnect vRealize Orchestrator to vCenter Server.
    1. Open a Web browser and go to https://vra01vro01a.rainpole.local:8281.
    2. Click Start Orchestrator Client.
    3. On the VMware vRealize Orchestrator login page, log in to the vRealize Orchestrator Host A by using the following host name and credentials.

    4. In the left pane, click Workflows, and navigate to Library > vCenter > Configuration.
    5. Right-click the Update a vCenter Server instance workflow and click Start Workflow.
    6. From the vCenter Server instance drop-down menu, select https://nyc01vc01.rainpole.local:443/sdk and click Next.
    7. Enter the password for the svc-vro@rainpole.local user account and click Submit.
    8. Click Yes to ignore the certificate warnings and click Next.
  2. Reconnect vRealize Business with vCenter Server.
    1. Open a Web browser and go to https://nyc01buc01.rainpole.local:9443/dc-ui.
    2. Log in using the following credentials.

    3. Click Manage Private Cloud Connections, select vCenter Server, select the nyc01vc01.rainpole.local entry and click the Edit icon.
    4. In the Edit vCenter Server Connection dialog box, enter the password for the svc-vra@rainpole.local user and click Save.
    5. In the SSL Certificate warning dialog box, click Install
    6. In the Success dialog box, click OK.
  3. Reconnect the vSphere endpoint in vRealize Automation.
    1. Open a Web browser and go to https://vra01svr01.rainpole.local/vcac/org/rainpole.
    2. Log in using the following credentials.

    3. Navigate to Infrastructure > Endpoints > Credentials, select nyc01vc01 admin and click Edit.
    4. On the Credentials page, enter the password for the vRealize Automation credential for the administrator of nyc01vc01.rainpole.local, and click Save.

    5. Navigate to Infrastructure > Endpoints > Endpoints.
    6. Have your mouse over nyc01vc01.rainpole.local and click Edit from the menu.
    7. On the Edit Endopint - vSphere (vCenter) page, click OK.
    8. A certificate warning should popup, click OK to accept the new certificate
