Configure the network time protocol (NTP) on the vRealize Business for Cloud appliances from the virtual appliance management interface (VAMI).

Perform the procedure on both Server and Data Collector virtual appliances.

Procedure

  1. Log in to the vRealize Business for Cloud Server appliance management console.
    1. Open a Web browser and go to https://vrb01svr01.rainpole.local:5480.
    2. Log in using the following credentials.

  2. Configure the appliance to use a time server.
    1. Click the Administration tab and click Time Settings.
    2. On the Time Settings page, enter the following settings and click Save Settings.

  3. Repeat the procedure on the Data Collector virtual appliance sfo01vrbc01.sfo01.rainpole.local.
