After you complete the upgrade of the management components in Region A and Region B, and validate their stability, remove the obsolete versions of the virtual appliances.

Procedure
- Log in to vCenter Server by using the vSphere Web Client.
- Open a Web browser and go to https://sfo01m01vc01.sfo01.rainpole.local/vsphere-client/.
- Log in by using the following credentials.
Setting Value User name administrator@vsphere.local Password vsphere_admin_password
- From the Home menu of the vSphere Web Client, select VMs and Templates.
- Expand the sfo01m01vc01.sfo01.rainpole.local tree, double-click the sfo01-m01fd-mgmt data center, and expand the sfo01-m01fd-mgmt folder.
- Right-click the sfo01m01vc01_old virtual machine and select Delete from Disk.
- In the Confirmation dialog box, click Yes
- Repeat the procedure for the remaining obsolete virtual machines in Region A and Region B.
