After you replace the certificates of the Platform Services Controller and vCenter Server instances in Region A, to update the certificates on NSX Manager, you reconnect the NSX Manager instances to the Platform Services Controller and vCenter Server instances in the region.

Procedure

  1. In a Web browser, log in to the NSX Manager for the management cluster by using the administration interface.

  2. Click Manage vCenter registration.
  3. In the Lookup service URL section, click Edit, configure the settings and click OK.

  4. In the Trust certificate dialog box, click Yes.
  5. In the vCenter Server section, click Edit, configure the settings, and click OK.

  6. In the Trust certificate dialog box, click Yes.
  7. Wait for the Status indicators for the Lookup Service URL and vCenter Server to change to Connected.
  8. Repeat the procedure to connect the sfo01w01nsx01.sfo01.rainpole.local NSX Manager for the shared edge and compute cluster to the Platform Services Controller load balancer and the compute vCenter Server instance.
