To use the updated vSAN storage policy, you redeploy all the NSX Controller virtual machines.

Procedure
- In a Web browser, log in to vCenter Server by using the vSphere Client.
Setting Value URL https://sfo01m01vc01.sfo01.rainpole.local/ui User name administrator@vsphere.local Password vsphere_admin_password - Delete all NSX Controller nodes in the management cluster in Region A.
- In the Networking and security inventory, click Installation and upgrade.
- On the Management tab, click NSX Controller nodes.
- From the NSX Manager drop-down menu, select 172.16.11.65.
- In the Controller nodes section, select sfo01m01nsxc01 and click Delete.
- On the confirmation dialog box, click Delete.
- Repeat this step to delete the sfo01m01nsxc02 and sfo01w01nsxc03NSX Controller nodes.
- Redeploy all NSX Controller nodes in the management cluster in Region A.
- On the Management tab, click NSX Controller nodesand click Add.
- On the Add controller page, in the Password settings section, configure the settings, and click Next.
You configure a password only during the deployment of the first NSX Controller. The other controllers use the same password.

- Configure DRS anti-affinity rules for the NSX Controller nodes.
- In the Hosts and clusters inventory, expand the sfo01m01vc01.sfo01.rainpole.local tree and expand the sfo01-m01dc data center.
- In the Navigator pane, expand the sfo01m01vc01.sfo01.rainpole.local tree.
- Select the sfo01-m01-mgmt01 cluster and click the Configure tab.
- In the Configuration section, click VM/Host rules, and click Add.
- In the Create VM/Host rule dialog box, configure the settings and click OK.
