Before upgrading vRealize Suite Lifecycle Manager, you must export the environments details about the existing cross-region Workspace ONE Access deployment and the vRealize Suite products. After upgrading the vRealize Suite Lifecycle Manager, you use the exported data to import the cross-region Workspace ONE Access and vRealize Suite products.

Procedure
- In a Web browser, log in to vRealize Suite Lifecycle Manager by using the administration interface.

- Export the configuration file of each environment.
- On the My services page, click Lifecycle operations.
- On the Dashboard page, click Manage environments.
- In the globalenvironment card, click the horizontal ellipsis, select Export configuration, and click Advanced.
The globalenvironment.json configuration file downloads.
- Repeat this step for the remaining environments to export their configuration files.
- Return to the My services page by clicking the vRealize Suite Lifecycle Manager icon on the top-left corner.
- Download the certificates of the deployed products from Locker.
- On the My services page, click Locker.
- In the navigation pane, click Certificate.
- Next to the xreg-wsa01-certificate certificate name and click Download.
- In the Download confirmation dialog box, click Download.
The Certificate_xreg-wsa01-certificate.pem certificate file downloads.
- Repeat this procedure for the remaining certificates to export their certificate files.
- Return to the My services page by clicking the vRealize Suite Lifecycle Manager icon on the top-left corner.
- Record the license key of the deployed products from Locker.
- On the My services page, click Locker.
- In the navigation pane, click License.
- On the License page, click the available license.
- On the License details page, record the Key value.
- Return to the My services page by clicking the vRealize Suite Lifecycle Manager icon on the top-left corner.
- Capture the passwords of the deployed products from Locker.
- On the My services page, click Locker.
- In the navigation pane, click Password.
- Click the vertical ellipsis for the global-env-admin password password identifier and click View password.
- In the View password dialog box, enter the vRealize Suite Lifecycle Manager root password, vrslcm_root_password, and click Validate and view password.
- Click the show icon and record the global-env-admin password.
- Repeat this step for the remaining password identifiers to record the product passwords.
