SDDC Manager configures the VMware vRealize Log Insight adapter in vRealize Operations Manager with the default collector group. Reconfigure the vRealize Log Insight adapter with the region-specific remote collector group.

Procedure

  1. In a Web browser, log in to the vRealize Operations Manager by using the operations interface.

  2. On the main navigation bar, click Administration.
  3. In the left pane, click Management > Integrations.
  4. On the Integrations page, click the vertical ellipsis next to VMware vRealize Log Insight and select Edit.
  5. On the VMware vRealize Log Insight page, from the Collector / Group drop-down menu, select sfo-remote-collectors.
  6. Click Validate connection.
  7. In the Info dialog box, click OK.
  8. On the VMware vRealize Log Insight page, click Save.
  9. On the Integrations page, verify that the collection status is OK.
