To use the witness appliance in the third location as a witness host for the vSAN stretched cluster in the NSX-T workload domain in VMware Cloud Foundation, you add the witness host as a standalone host in the vCenter Server instance for the workload domain.

- In a Web browser, log in to vCenter Server by using the vSphere Client.

- In the Hosts and clusters inventory, expand the sfo01w01vc01.sfo01.rainpole.local tree.
- Right-click the sfo01-w01dc data center and select Add host.
The
Add host wizard appears.
- On the Name and location page, configure the settings and click Next.

- On the Host summary page, review the host configuration and click Next.
- On the Assign license page, use the default license and click Next.
