This section provides information about installing security patch in deployed instance of View Planner 4.6

Procedure

  1. Download security patch tar.gz file.
  2. Take snapshot of currently deployed View Planner harness and parent VM.
  3. Extract security patch and follow instructions mentioned in README to install the patch.
  4. In case security patch needs to be reverted, use snapshots of VMs taken in Step 2 to revert to initial state.
