Upgrade Impact on Citrix-Workspace ONE Access Integration

Depending on the product versions you are using, additional configuration might be required for your Citrix-Workspace ONE Access integration after a Workspace ONE Access upgrade or Citrix upgrade. If you upgrade from Citrix 6.5 to 7.x or later, you must reconfigure the integration with Workspace ONE Access, including setting up a new virtual apps collection in the Workspace ONE Access console.

To upgrade Integration Broker, you must uninstall the older version and then install the new version.
