Users can reset dedicated Horizon desktops from the Workspace ONE Intelligent Hub app or portal if the setting in the Horizon environment allows it. The Reset option is useful when desktops become unresponsive.

The option to allow users to reset their desktops is configured in Horizon, not in Workspace ONE Access. Only dedicated Horizon desktops can be reset from the user portal or app.

If the Horizon configuration allows users to reset desktops, the Reset option is available for the desktop in the Intelligent Hub app or portal. The option does not appear for desktops for which reset is not allowed.
