You can integrate your enterprise directories, create local directories, and view and monitor all your directories from the Integrations > Directories page in the Workspace ONE Access console.

Adding Directories

To add directories, click Add Directory and select the type of directory that you want to add. You can add these types of directories:

Viewing and Managing Directories

You can view and monitor all your Workspace ONE Access directories from the Integrations > Directories page.

  • To view the number of domains, users, and user groups synced to or created in the directory, see the Domains, Synced Groups, and Synced Users columns.
  • To update the list of domains, group DNs, and user DNs that sync to the directory, click the directory name, click Sync Settings, and update the appropriate tabs.

    For local user directories, click the directory name and view or update domains on the directory page. To add or update local users and groups, navigate to the Accounts > Users and Accounts > User Groups pages.

  • To view the sync status for directories, see the Last Sync and Alerts columns.

    If any alerts occured during sync, they appear in the Alerts column. Click the link to view the alerts.

    To view detailed sync logs, click the directory name, then select the Sync Log tab.

  • To view or update sync frequency and sync safeguards settings, click the directory name, click Sync Settings, and select the Sync Frequency tab or Safeguards tab.
  • To sync a directory, click the directory name and select Sync > Sync with safeguards or Sync > Sync without safeguards.
  • To view or update the directory configuration, click the directory name and select the Settings tab.
  • To view the authentication methods configured for the directory, click the directory name and select the Identity Providers tab.
