Monitoring Virtual Apps Collections

You can monitor the sync status of all resources from the Virtual Apps Configuration page. You can also view alerts.

Procedure

1. In the VMware Identity Manager console, select the Catalog > Virtual Apps tab, then click Virtual App Configuration.
   All collections, for all types of resource integrations, are listed.
2. View the sync status in the Sync Status column for each collection.

   Not yet synced	The collection is created but not yet synced. Click Sync to sync manually or wait for the next scheduled sync, if set.
   Date and time of last completed sync	The last time the sync was completed successfully.

3. To view alerts, click Alerts.
   For example, an alert appears if a user could not be synced.

   Note: All alerts are displayed, not just those that pertain to virtual apps collections. View the list to find the alerts relevant to collections.
