To troubleshoot issues you might encounter with the VMware Workspace ONE Access and AD FS integration, look up symptoms and error messages.

• The VMware Workspace ONE Access documentation.
• The VMware Workspace ONE Access Audit Events report. This report lists the events related to user logins, including the authentication methods used to log in. To run this report, log in to the VMware Workspace ONE Access console with full administrator privileges. Then navigate to Dashboard > Reports > Audit Events, and click Show.
