After you configure the settings in the Workspace ONE UEM console, the settings are automatically populated to the Workspace ONE Access service Integrations > UEM Integration page. A trusted relationship is set up between the services.

When you configure Workspace ONE Access with your Workspace ONE UEM instance, you can enable the Hub Services Hub app catalog to include the apps from the Workspace ONE UEM catalog and from the Workspace ONE Access catalog. End users see all applications that they are entitled to from their Workspace ONE Intelligent Hub app or Hub portal.

Do not make changes directly to the Workspace ONE UEM Configuration section in the Workspace ONE Access console. Use the Workspace ONE UEM console to change the configuration. When you save the changes in the Workspace ONE UEM console, the Workspace ONE UEM Configuration section in the Workspace ONE Access console is updated.

Hub Services Support

Hub Services is a service co-located with Workspace ONE Access and is dependent on Workspace ONE Access for shared services. When Hub Services is integrated with Workspace ONE Access, end users can access their work resources from their user web portal in a browser or from the Workspace ONE Intelligent Hub app on their devices. You can access the Hub Services console from the Workspace ONE Access console to set up how employees use Workspace ONE Intelligent Hub to access apps, receive notifications, and search for people. For more information about configuring Hub services, see VMware Workspace ONE Hub Services documentation.
