New Features

Workspace ONE Intelligence 23.11.20

New Features

  • We have added Driver and Hardware data into the Guided Root Cause Analysis (RCA) algorithm for System Crashes.

This new data allows our algorithm to find incompatible hardware and driver versions as potential root causes to OS Crashes. This data is in the algorithm by default.

  • We added a new Guided Root Cause Analysis (RCA) use case for Slow Booting Windows.

We have released a new Guided RCA use case that allows you to find potential root causes of Slow Booting Windows machines with a click of a button. This new feature is located in the Incidents feature on the RCA tab. Simply select Slow Boot in the same drop-down as you would select the existing use cases of App Crash or System Crash.

    • When you start selecting a category, you will now find the Preview area at the beginning of the flow.

    • We’ve added a toggle between normalized and the associated raw fields to avoid any duplication. Normalized fields will be displayed by default.

    • In the filter drop-down, only the primary category for attributes will be displayed by default, so it’s easily accessible. To see other categories, select SHOW ALL.

Workspace ONE Intelligence 23.10.30

New Features

  • Experience Management Insights (anomaly detection) is now integrated with the notification center in Workspace ONE cloud.

Although you receive notifications of Insights in the notification center by default, you can also subscribe to email notifications that alert you to when an anomaly happens in your environment.

  • We have improved the experience for Intelligence tenants that have Data Access Policies activated.

In these tenants, scheduled reports are now auto generated for report owners and won’t have the Generate step.

  • We have changed Intelligence Report Public Link Sharing to be activated or deactivated by the report owner only.

If you are not the report owner, you can still see the link but you can’t modify it. This new feature applies to all Intelligence tenants.

  • Intelligence supports sending Zoom Team Chats with Freestyle with limited availability.

Integrate Zoom Team Chat with Intelligence. You can then use Freestyle Orchestrator to create workflows to notify teams about various issues like poor experience scores, CPU and GPU usage, disk space, app crashes, poor device compliance, device enrollment statuses, or device-wipe commands.

  • We've added LAN Latency and WAN Latency for Horizon sessions.

For Horizon Cloud Next-Gen deployments, LAN latency and WAN latency data can now be collected from Horizon client devices by Experience Management and reported to Workspace ONE Intelligence. We've added two widgets under Network/Protocol to help IT admins to understand LAN latency and WAN latency related to their Horizon sessions.

    • LAN Latency Score: LAN latency is measured in milliseconds, which is latency between the Horizon client device and the local router.

    • WAN Latency Score: WAN latency is measured in milliseconds, which is latency between the Horizon client device and the Google DNS server (8.8.8.8).

Horizon Client and Agent version requirements:

    • Horizon Client: 2309

    • Horizon Agent: 2309

  • We've updated scoring for Windows OS crashes.

Intelligence now reports Windows OS crashes based on the count rather than by the percentage.

  • We've added App Performance Scoring to Experience Management.

Scoring includes data for Workspace ONE UEM-managed desktop apps and includes analytics for CPU, memory, and GPU usage.

  • We've added a new dashboard for Network Synthetic Testing for Experience Management.

You can create synthetic URL testing for Workspace ONE UEM-managed devices. The feature supports HTTP and HTTPS test methods.

    • Logon phase segmentation. The logon duration is the breakdown into different logon phases, which helps to understand logon performance for each session.

    • Logon Duration by Phase dashboard. An organization level logon performance trend.

    • Pools with Longest Logon Duration. The top 5 pools with the highest logon duration, pare provided.

    • Per user Logon Duration dashboard. The logon performance trend dashboard is availablel per Horizon user.
