Using the Content Delivery Settings page, you can configure the options for using relay servers as part of your product provisioning solution. You can set cache, thread, interval, and retry settings.
What can you do with the Content Delivery Settings page?
The path to the settings page on the Workspace ONE UEM console is .
- Define cache file paths.
- Enter threads, timer intervals, tries, retries, connections, and batch size.
- Enable files sources and support fast track.

You can select the content delivery settings that best suit your Workspace ONE UEM app.

Packages Cache | Enter the file path on the Workspace ONE UEM application server where products are expanded and prepared for delivery to the relay servers. |
Relay Server Cache | Enter the file path on the Workspace ONE UEM application server for the working directory for the relay servers. |
Temp Cache | Enter the file path for the working directory of the content delivery service. |
Minimum Threads | This setting is used to define the minimum number of threads available. When there are more relay servers selected than threads available, only the number of relay servers as there are threads available contact at once. As a thread completes the operation for the relay server, it moves on to another server. Use this setting to enter the minimum number of threads available for the content delivery service to communicate with relay servers. |
Maximum Threads | This setting is used to define the maximum number of threads available. When there are more relay servers selected than threads available, the content delivery service spins up extra threads until it meets the maximum amount. Only the number of relay servers as there are threads available contact at once. As a thread completes the operation for the relay server, it moves on to another server. Use this setting is used to define the maximum of threads available for the content delivery service to communicate with relay servers. |
Timer Interval | Enter the time between the content delivery service searches for work in the queue. |
Maximum FTP Retries | When the specified number of attempts have failed for a device, no more attempts will be made for that device until the next time the device checks in. Use this setting to enter the maximum number of attempts the policy engine attempts to send content to the relay servers before stopping attempts. |
Pull Max Tries | Enter the maximum number of attempts the pull service attempts. |
Pull Max Connections | Enter the maximum number of simultaneous connections from individual pull servers the Workspace ONE UEM pull service end point services. |
Bundle Cache | Enter the path on the Workspace ONE UEM application server where staging packages are expanded and prepared for delivery to the relay servers. |
File Sources Include Https | Use this setting to include the Workspace ONE UEM https file handler in the list of file sources for product provisioning. Enable this setting to include the https file handler in the list of file sources. If the setting is not enabled, then only relay servers are considered. |
Support Fast Track | You can use this setting for the policy engine to look at the queue and puts any fast track items at the top of the list. Enable to support fast tracking with the policy engine. |
Failed Relay Server Retry Time | Enter how often, in minutes, the content delivery service processes content service items for a relay server in an error state. |
Relay Server Cloud Connctor Batch Size | Enter the the maximum number of content instructions to be downloaded per batch from the Workspace ONE UEM server. Additional instructions are processed in future batches. |
