The Workspace ONE UEM console includes data to report on the state of your SDK App Compliance settings in two places: Device Details View and Device Events.

You can view the status of your settings using the application Compliance Column in the Device Details View of the SDK-built application.

You can find device events for SDK App Compliance settings in the Device Events page of Reports and Analytics.

Application Compliance Column in Device Details View

The App Compliance column identifies whether an SDK-built application is compliant or not with the settings configured in Groups & Settings > All Settings > Apps > Settings and Policies > SDK App Compliance.

  1. Select the desired organization group in the Workspace ONE UEM console.
  2. Navigate to Devices > List View and select the device that has the SDK-built application installed.

    This action displays the Device Details View for the device.

  3. Select the Apps tab.
  4. View the status in the App Compliance column.

Device Events for SDK App Compliance

View device events for SDK app compliance using two methods: from the Device Details View or from the Events page. The device events report as listed.

  • App Compliance Reported Non Compliant has a severity of Warning.
  • App Compliance Reported Compliant has a severity of Information.

If the SDK-built application reported as non-compliant with the SDK App Compliance settings, the applicable device events display in the event log or device events list.

Device Details

  1. Select the appropriate organization group in the Workspace ONE UEM console.
  2. Navigate to Devices > List View and select the device that has the SDK-built application installed.

    This action displays the Device Details View for the device.

  3. Select More > Troubleshooting to display an event log.

    You can filter the event log by Event Group Type > Device Events and Module > Apps.

Events

  1. Select the appropriate organization group in the Workspace ONE UEM console.
  2. Navigate to Hub > Reports and Analytics > Events> Device Events.

  3. Use the Apps module to find the events.
