Use the Workspace ONE Web support primarily to report logs to the UEM console as email attachments or to copy logs to the device clipboard for future reference.

|Email Logs||If the device has configured boxer as a managed account, use it as default email account to send the logs through email. If not, open the app list to choose to send the logs as email attachment.|
|Copy Logs||Copy logs and save it in device clipboard.|
|Copy LogID||Copy log unique identification number.|
|Disable Shake gesture||Enable this feature to prevent accidentally invoking the Support screen from where the user can send logs.|
