What's in the Release Notes?

Digital Employee Experience Management (DEEM) for Windows Release Notes describe the new features and enhancements in each release. This page contains a summary of the new capabilities, issues that have been resolved, and known issues that have been reported in each release.

Digital Employee Experience Management 23.03 for Windows

New Features

  • Introducing the Hardware device and Application unresponsive or hang time duration.

    • Hardware device telemetry includes driver name, version, device class, manufacturer, last seen, and error code and description.  Use this information in the Guided Root Cause Analysis (RCA) feature that is in limited availability.

    • Application hang/unresponsive duration telemetry captures the time duration that an application is in an unresponsive state. It is measured using start and end hang events reported by the OS. This telemetry offers additional insight along with the application hang events (count) that are available today.

Minimum Requirements

  • Minimum requirements for DEEM 23.03 for Windows

    • VMware Workspace ONE Intelligent Hub for Windows 23.02 or later

    • Workspace ONE UEM console 2302 and later

    • Workspace ONE Intelligence tenant opted-in and the Desktop Advanced Telemetry integration card enabled

    • Windows devices that are managed or registered in Workspace ONE UEM

    • Corporate-owned and corporate-shared devices.

Resolved Issues

  • We are always working to improve DEEM with every release. There are no major bug fixes to report.

Known Issues

Digital Employee Experience Management 22.06.2 for Windows

New Features

  • We've developed the new Performance Monitoring for Top 10 Applications feature.

    This feature on Windows allows you to identify the top 10 applications consuming the most CPU, GPU, memory, disk, and network usage.

  • Minimum requirements for DEEM 22.06.2 for Windows

    • Digital Employee Experience for Windows package

    • VMware Workspace ONE Intelligent Hub for Windows 22.06.2 or later

    • Windows 11 Build/ Windows 11 Version 21H2 + or Windows 10 Build / Windows 10 Version 20H2 +

    • Workspace ONE UEM console 2203 or later

    • Intelligence Tenant opted-in and Desktop Advanced Telemetry integration card enabled

Resolved Issues

  • We are always working to improve DEEM with every release. There are no major bug fixes to report.
