Workspace ONE Intelligence for Consumer Apps 21.09.29

New Features

  • We now support mobile app performance monitoring for mobile apps using Apache Cordova. In addition to the existing Workspace ONE Intelligence SDK support for native iOS and Android, we now support a Cordova plugin. After you set up, you can see plugin exceptions along with native errors and usage data in the Workspace ONE Intelligence console for your app.

Workspace ONE Intelligence 21.08.24

New Features

  • We've added the Users tab for mobile apps using Workspace ONE Intelligence SDK.

If you've set user names in the app details page, you can now view your complete list of users and get a summary for each user. For every user and associated device, you can track the following:

    • Errors users have experienced (crashes, network errors, handled exceptions)
    • User flow data
    • App usage

Workspace ONE Intelligence for Consumer Apps 21.05.12

New Features

  • For iOS mobile apps using the Workspace ONE Intelligence SDK, you can now see your crash details and stacktraces for partially symbolicated crashes that are missing any third party files you may not have access to. Basic App symbol files must be uploaded for the crashes to display in the crash group list. Crashes that are partially symbolicated are marked in the crash group list. When you select the details, you can see the missing UUID files for that crash group. As always, you can continue to see a list of all your missing UUID files for all app versions under the Settings tab for crashes.

  • As an ongoing effort to improve usability, Workspace ONE Intelligence might collect interaction data from the platform during a user's experience. If you do not want Intelligence to collect user data, update the preferences in the Cookie Usage area of the Workspace ONE Intelligence user settings.
