You can use the error codes to troubleshoot Boomi process errors.

The error codes use the following eight character format, HWCO-IG##. This error code format allows someone who is knowledgeable to trace the error code back to a specific integration pack and to the specific process.

## 00-99 numeric error codes

Two types of Boomi processes can encounter error conditions.

  • Scheduled processes. The admin schedules these processes that interface with the third-party system to generate the notification card when applicable.
  • Listener processes. Listener processes are applicable for user initiate actions, such as taking an action on an approval or downloading an attachment.

This error occurs when discrepancies are found in the input format, while taking an action.

This error occurs if status of the record is already actioned in backend application.

Stale Information on the Notification Card

This error occurs when the data displayed on the card is updated in the backend application and before the schedule run updates the card, a user tries to take the action.

Difference in Approver

This error occurs when Initially the notification card was created with User A as the approver. User A tries to take an action however the requester updated the approver to User B in the backend application.

Unhandled Error

This error occurs when the data transformations results in unhandled error due to incorrect data.

This record has been withdrawn.

The notification card is moved to History section or is removed.

Coupa Requisitions Withdrawn

This error occurs when a notification card is created in Workspace ONE Intelligent Hub, but later the record is moved to the Withdrawn state in the backend application and the user tries to take action.

Incorrect Requisition ID

This error occurs when there is a manual intervention while taking an action on the notification card and the requisition Id passed in input is altered.

Incorrect Report ID

This error occurs when there is a manual intervention while taking an action on the card and the report Id passed in input is altered.

Approval Flow Setting Update

This error occurs when the expense report in the backend application is not approved; and the response from the Concur application is 200 OK.

User ID and Notification ID Disassociates

This error occurs when a user taking an action on the notification card and the association of the user email with notification id does not match with internal records.

Different Source Actioned

This error occurs when the user already submitted the compliance by a different source and the name is present is in Sales Result List, still User initiates action from card.

Notification ID Mismatch

Action is initiated by the user, however the notification id does not match with internal records.
