In order to look into the logs for inspecting the details and identifying anomalies, bundles of support logs are created.
To create support bundle:
In the Platform VMs or Proxy VMs table, in the Support Bundle column, click the Create Support Bundle icon .Note:
Only two support bundles can be present at one given time, so while creating a new one, if there are already two support bundles present, the older one is deleted.
Click Yes to confirm creation of a new support bundle.
A new support bundle is created.
