AWS Virtual Private Cloud Metrics

vRealize Network Insight collects flow metrics for AWS Virtual Private Cloud (VPC) instances.

To view AWS VPC metrics on the user interface, do the following:

1. Enter AWS Virtual Private Cloud on the search bar.
2. On the search result page, select an AWS VPC of your choice.
3. On the respective AWS VPC page, select the Metrics tab.

Metric Name	Metric API Name	Description
Outbound Expire Flow Drop Count	flow.fiveTupleExpireOutbound.delta.summation.number	Number of five tuples dropped because of reaching the maximum outbound limit for source IP addresses in flows.
Wrong Collector Flow Drop Count	flow.rawRecordReporterWrongCollector.delta.summation.number	Number of raw flow records dropped as the flow records were reported on a wrong type of vRealize Network Insight collector.
