vRealize Network Insight participates in VMware's Customer Experience Improvement Program (CEIP). This program provides with information that enables VMware to improve its products and services, correct problems, and advise you on how best to deploy and use the products.
As part of the CEIP, VMware collects the technical information about your organization's use of the VMware products and services regularly using your organization's VMware license keys. This information does not personally identify any individual.

You can join or leave the Customer Experience Improvement Program (CEIP) for vRealize Network Insight.
- Navigate to .
- Click Edit next to Customer Experience Improvement Program.
The Customer Experience Improvement Program window opens.
- To join CEIP, click the Join the VMware Customer Experience Improvement Program check box.
This action activates CEIP and sends data to https://vmware.com.
- To leave CEIP, deselect the Join the VMware Customer Experience Improvement Program check box.
- Click Submit.
