You can import an instance of vRealize Business for Cloud into vRealize Suite Lifecycle Manager.

Prerequisites

Verify that you have the required IP credentials.

Procedure

  1. After creating an environment on the Create Environment, open the products card and select the vRealize Business for Cloud check box.
  2. Select Import and then click Next.
  3. Enter the vRealize Business for Cloud FQDN and select Root Password from the existing locker entries. If the password does not exist in the locker, you can create entries in the locker.
  4. Click Add Password.
  5. Select a valid authentication type for the vRealize Business for Cloud instance.
    1. If the authentication type is Standalone, select a valid vCenter.
    2. If the authentication type is VMware Workspace ONE Access, specify the VMware Workspace ONE Access FQDN, the administrator User Name and the administrator User Password.
    3. If the authentication type is vRealize Automation, specify the vRA Cafe FQDN, vRA Cafe SSO Admin User name, and select vRA Cafe SSO Password from the list of passwords.
  6. Select a valid vCenter from the list. If the vRealize Business for Cloud instance has collector nodes spread across multiple vCenter instances, then select all the vCenter instances.
  7. Click Next and review the summary information.
  8. Click Submit to import.
