You can import an instance of vRealize Orchestrator into vRealize Suite Lifecycle Manager.

Prerequisites

  • Verify that you have the required IP credentials.
  • Ensure that you have a vRealize Automation environment prior to installing vRealize Orchestrator.
    • If vRealize Automation is multi-tenancy enabled, then multiple instances of vRealize Orchestrator can be installed in vRealize Suite Lifecycle Manager.
    • If vRealize Automation is not multi-tenancy enabled, then one instance of vRealize Orchestrator can be installed in vRealize Suite Lifecycle Manager.

Procedure

  1. After creating an environment on the Create Environment page, select the vRealize Orchestrator check box on the products card.
  2. Select Import and click Next.
  3. Enter the vRO Hostname and Root Password of vRealize Orchestrator.
  4. Enter the vIDM Tenant Admin and vIDM Tenant Admin Password.
  5. Select the vCenter Server instances under vCenter Server List.
  6. Click Next and read the summary.
  7. Click Submit to import.
