Important:

Access to PowerShell port 5985 (TCP) (HTTP) or port 5986 (TCP) (HTTPS) for WinRM is required for Session Latency metric (see Session Latency Metrics Requirements (Citrix Virtual Apps & Desktops))

Important:

The user must be a Windows domain user that is defined as a XenApp/XenDesktop administrator in Citrix Studio. The user requires read-only privileges; however, the data returned is determined by XenApp/XenDesktop administrator roles and permissions. In order to collect Session Latency Metrics, you must configure WinRM on each VDA and DDC. See: Session Latency Metrics Requirements (Citrix Virtual Apps & Desktops) for more information.
