The Management Pack for MySQL contains out-of-the-box reports that you can easily export and share with key stakeholders in either .pdf or .csv formats.
The following reports are available in the Management Pack:

| MySQL Adapter Health and Availability | Includes details on the overall health and availability of MySQL adapter resources |
| MySQL Adapter KPIs | Includes KPIs for MySQL adapter resources |
| MySQL Adapter Properties | Includes properties for MySQL adapter resources |
| MySQL Databases Report | Includes overview stats of MySQL databases |
| MySQL Instances Report | Includes overview stats of MySQL instances |
| MySQL Replication Report | Includes overview stats of MySQL replication resources |
| MySQL Queries Report | Includes overview stats of MySQL queries |
| MySQL Throughput Report | Includes I/O stats for a MySQL system |
To access Management Pack reports:
- Navigate to Environment > All Objects > MySQL.
- Double-click on the desired object (resource).
- Select the Reports tab, then Report Templates.
The available report(s) for the selected resource are listed and can be selected.
To run a selected report, click the Run Template 
icon.
