The Management Pack for NetApp E-Series creates Resource Kinds and Relationships (associations) for critical resources in your NetApp E-Series environment.
Resource Kinds
Performance, health, and availability data are collected for the following NetApp E-Series resource kinds:
- Array
- Controller
- Drive
- Dynamic Disk Pool
- Host Interface
- LUN
- Network Interface
- Tray
- Volume Group
- Volume
Relationships
Relationships among discovered resources are also created by the Management Pack. The hierarchical structure of those relationships is depicted in the diagram below.
External Relationships
In addition to internal relationships, the Management Pack for NetApp E-Series also creates the following external relationships:
- VMware Datastore > Volume
- EP Ops > Volume
