Licensing TVS solutions (TVS Manager)

TVS Manager allows the user to apply each license exactly once: to TVS Manager itself. Once TVS Manager has a license, it distributes it to any applicable TVS management pack.

Licensing TVS Manager with a TVS license makes it possible to automatically license all of your True Visibility management packs; this license key must be a TVS license, or it may fail.

The master adapter instance of TVS Manager will attempt to add its license to any TVS management packs. As a result, once you install TVS Manager any subsequent management packs will automatically be appropriately licensed as well.

Note: If the license is invalid for any of the solutions installed, the license will not be added for that solution. For example, a TVS Standard license does not include the Networking Devices Management pack, therefore, the license will not be added to the Networking Devices Management Pack.
