When you try to log in to the vSphere Client, an error is displayed stating that the connectivity between VMware Cloud Gateway and VMware Cloud is lost.
Cause
- 7.0 Update 3.
- 8.0 and 8.0 Update 1.
Note: Starting vCenter 8.0 Update 2b, connectivity issues between VMware Cloud Gateway and VMware Cloud have been resolved.
Solution
Follow the instructions in the Knowledge Base Article 83798.
