You can install the vSphere Bitfusion client on Ubuntu.
- Download the vSphere Bitfusion client for your Linux distribution from the VMware website at https://packages.vmware.com/bitfusion/ubuntu/.
- Update the package by running the apt-get update command.
sudo apt-get update
- Install the package by running the
sudo apt-get install -y ./bitfusion_client_versioncommand, where bitfusion_client_version is the filename of the vSphere Bitfusion client.For example,
sudo apt-get install -y ./bitfusion-client-ubuntu2004_3.5.0-5_amd64.deb
- Verify the version of the vSphere Bitfusion client.
bitfusion version Bitfusion version 3.5.0
What to do next
