vSphere Bitfusion client ID changes

After you request a GPU for the first time, the ID of a vSphere Bitfusion client with version 2.0.2 and earlier changes.

Cause

When a virtual machine of a vSphere Bitfusion client with version 2.0.2 and earlier is activated, the client ID appears in the vSphere Bitfusion plug-in. After the client requests GPUs for the first time, this ID changes.

Solution

Upgrade your vSphere Bitfusion client and servers to the latest version. For more information, see Upgrading vSphere Bitfusion in the Installing VMware vSphere Bitfusion.
