Single GPU appears multiple times in vCenter Server

When you add an NVIDIA T4 GPU to your vSphere Bitfusion server, the GPU might be listed multiple times in the specification options.

Cause

When support for single root I/O virtualization (SR-IOV) is deactivated in your BIOS settings, a single NVIDIA T4 GPU is displayed as multiple physical PCI devices to your ESXi host and the GPU appears multiple times in vCenter Server.

Solution

In the BIOS settings of your ESXi host, enable support for SR-IOV.
