You can uninstall the VSA cluster service from a Linux machine.
Before you begin
Obtain the root privileges before starting the procedure. Run the uninstall script as a root user.
About this task
The procedure assumes that the VSA cluster service was installed in an $INSTALL_HOME directory. The default $INSTALL_HOME directory is ~vmwarevcsadmin/VSAClusterService-5.x. If you used the -d command-line option to set another directory during installation, use the directory you specified.
- Run $INSTALL_HOME/setup/uninstall.sh to uninstall the VSA Cluster Service.
- Confirm that you want to delete the $INSTALL_HOME directory, vmwarevcsadmin user, and the user home directory.
- (Optional) : If you manually changed the firewall rules when installing the VSA cluster service, reverse the changes.
