While in operation mode, a failure might occur to the VSA cluster. You can view information about the failure by collecting the VSA cluster logs.
- In the vSphere Web Client, select the datacenter that accommodates the VSA cluster, click the Manage tab, and click VSA Manager.
- On the VSA Cluster Properties pane, click the Actions button.
- Select Export Logs.
VSA Manager collects all logs from the running VSA cluster members, VSA Manager, and the VSA cluster service.
- Click Download Logs and save the .zip log archive in a directory on the vCenter Server system.
