Use the esxcli commands to obtain information about virtual flash and to troubleshoot your environment.

Reset Flash Read Cache statistics.

esxcli storage vflash device list

List all SSD devices for virtual flash.

-e|--eligible [true | false]

List the eligible or ineligible SSD devices for virtual flash.

-u|--used [true | false]

List the used or unused SSD devices for virtual flash.
