When you enable the Customer Experience Improvement Program, your vCenter Server is automatically configured to send data at a specific time each week. You can change this setting at any time.


  1. Log in to vSphere Web Client and navigate to the vCenter Server instance.
  2. Select the Manage tab.
  3. On the Settings tab, click Advanced Settings.
  4. Click Edit.
  5. Use the filter field to find the VirtualCenter.DataCollector.Schedule key.
  6. In the value field, enter the new collection time in numeric value.
    The value must be in the day-hour-minute format in UTC.
    For example, 2 13 30 for every Tuesday 1:30 pm UTC. Sunday is day 0.
  7. Click OK.
