About the vCenter Server Appliance Management API
The vCenter Server Appliance Management API allows you to manage the vCenter Server Appliance, a turnkey solution for managing data centers that feature VMware vCenter Server and VMware ESXi.
Requirements
These release notes apply to the 6.5 release of vSphere.
To use the vCenter Server Appliance Management API, you must install the following:

This release introduces the vCenter Server Appliance Management API.
