Save Chart Data to a File

You can save data from the advanced performance charts to a file in various graphic formats or in comma-separated values (CSV) format.

Procedure

1. In the vSphere Web Client, select an inventory object.
2. Click the Monitor tab, and click Performance.
3. Click Advanced.
4. Click the Export icon ().
5. Select a file type.

   Option	Description
   To PNG	Exports a bitmap image in the PNG format.
   To JPEG	Exports a bitmap image in the JPEG format.
   To CSV	Exports plain-text data in the CSV format.

6. Enter a name and location for the file.
7. Click Save.

Results

The file is saved to the location and format you specified.
