Edit a Scheduled Task

After you create a scheduled task, you can change the schedule, frequency, and other attributes of the task.

Prerequisites

Required privilege: Schedule Task.Modify

Procedure

1. In the vSphere Web Client or vSphere Client, navigate to the object for which you want to edit a scheduled task.
2. Navigate to the scheduled tasks:
   • In the vSphere Web Client, select Monitor > Tasks & Events > Scheduled Tasks.
   • In the vSphere Client, select Configure > Scheduled Tasks.
3. Select a task and click Edit.
4. Edit the task settings as necessary and save the changes.
