Delete a File Share

You can delete a file share when you no longer need it. When you delete a file share, all the snapshots associated with that file share are also deleted.

Procedure

1. Navigate to the vSAN cluster and click Configure > vSAN > File Service Shares.
   List of all the vSAN file shares appears.
2. Select the file share that you want to modify and click DELETE.
3. On the Delete file shares dialogue, click DELETE.
