To troubleshoot NSX Advanced Load Balancer problems, you can collect support bundles. The support bundles might be requested by VMware Support.
When you generate the support bundle, you get a single file for the debug logs that you can download.
Procedure
- In the Avi Controller dashboard, click the menu in the upper-left hand corner and select Administration.
- In the Administration section, select System.
- In the System screen, select Tech Support.
- To generate a diagnostics bundle, click Generate Tech Support.
- In the Generate Tech Support window, select Debug Logs type and click Generate.
- Once the bundle is generated, click the download icon to download it to your machine.
