Checkout the requirements for enabling a Supervisor on vSphere Zones. A Supervisor enabled vSphere Zones provides high-availability to your Kubernetes workloads on a vSphere cluster-level.

Note: If you have upgraded your vSphere IaaS control plane environment from a vSphere version earlier than 8.0 and want to use vSphere Zones for your deployments such as Tanzu Kubernetes Grid clusters, you must create a new three-zone Supervisor. vSphere IaaS control plane does not support converting the Supervisor from a single-cluster into a three-zone.
