Create an NSX Edge Uplink Profile
An uplink is a link from the NSX Edge nodes to the NSX logical switches. An uplink profile defines policies for the uplinks by setting teaming policies, active, and standby links, transport VLAN ID, and MTU value.

Create a Transport Node Profile

Prerequisites
- Verify that a cluster is available. See Deploy NSX Manager Nodes to Form a Cluster.
- Create an overlay transport zone. See Create Transport Zones.
- Configure an IP pool. See Create an IP Pool for Host Tunnel Endpoint IP Addresses.
- Add a compute manager. See Add a Compute Manager.
