To deploy TKG Service clusters, you install or upgrade the TKG Service, use a content library to store TKG releases, and configure one or more vSphere Namespaces to host TKG clusters.

You can use a subscribed or local content library depending on your requirements. Existing TKrs must be upgraded to take advantage of new TKG features.
