You can delete the product servers that are no longer in use. vCloud Usage Meter designates the server as inactive. An inactive server can be reactivated to re-include it in collections.
- Click Manage in the top right menu bar of the Web application.
- Click the Products tab.
- On the Products tab - to delete a server, in the appropriate product area, select the server, click Delete.
The product is placed in an inactive state and it can be re-activated again later. After deletion or reactivation, force a collection or wait for the hourly collection to ensure the change in metering.

Locate the server you want to remove and click Delete. Irrespective of whether any data was collected prior to the deletion, vCloud Usage Meter designates the server as inactive. Any data that was collected before deletion remains in the database.
Display inactive servers
Locate the product area and click the Show Inactive checkbox. The deleted products that have collected data are shown in the list.
Locate the product area and click the Show Inactive checkbox. Select the inactive server and click Activate. It is moved to the active list.
