You can generate system and runtime information, or support bundle collections of log files, as directed by technical support to help diagnose problems.
Verify that you have user privileges.
- Click Support in the top right menu bar of the Web application.
- Review the diagnostic activity information.
Information such as heap used.
- In the Support Bundle area, click Generate to generate a collection of log files. Coordinate with Technical Support to diagnose problems.
Support bundles use disk space. Delete them by clicking Delete support bundles when you no longer need them.
